Man Wanted For Abduction, Sexual Assault Attempts: Philly Police
Police said the man seen here made sexual assault and abduction attempts on the 800 block of North 15th Street over the weekend.
PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are looking for a man who made several sexual assault and abduction attempts over the weekend,
According to police, the man above is sought in connection with several attempted abductions/sexual assaults occurred in the 800 block of North 15th Street.
The incidents occurred between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, police said.

Surveillance video showed the man approaching a victim while walking on the block, but the victim the ran away from the suspect, according to police.
The suspect then approached a second victim and grabbed her from behind, police said.

As the victim was attempting to get away from the suspect, a passerby helped the victim, freeing her from the suspect arms, according to police.
Police described the suspect as a black man with a medium build, receding hairline, medium brown complexion. He was standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and was wearing a black jacket with grey horizontal Lines over a white T-shirt, blue jeans and black boots.
