Here are the top three stories today in Philadelphia:

  1. A crazy story out of Olney has a six year-old finding a loaded gun on the street. After bringing it into the house, the father tries to empty the chamber and accidentally shoots the child's mother in the hip. 2. If your Ridin' with Biden be prepared for a traffic jam in Philadelphia this week. The President visits the City of Brotherly Love to deliver his federal budget address to the nation in a campaign style town hall event. According to the White House, Biden's Thursday visit will focus on his plan to invest in America, lower costs for families, protect and strengthen Social Security and Medicare and reduce the deficit.
