New Bus Route Connecting Philly, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg

A new bus route from Columbus, Ohio to New York City will stop in three Pennsylvania cities.

PENNSYLVANIA — A new bus service will connect three of Pennsylvania's biggest cities with Columbus, Ohio and New York City.

FlixBus, the American branch of German bus company FixBus, announced it will offer service between from Columbus to New York City with multiple daily connections in three Pennsylvania cities starting March 5, according to the Pittsburgh Business Journal.

Stops along the route are in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh.

Fares cost $29.99 to go to from Columbus to New York City and $9.99 to go to a shorter distance to Pittsburgh

FlixBus buses offer free WiFi, power outlets at every seat, free on-board entertainment through an app, free carry-on and checked luggage, and restrooms.

The Philadelphia stop will be located on Market Street, adjacent to a variety of public transportation options.
