Parks On Tap 2019 Opens In April
Mark your calendars, because Philadelphia's popular roving beer garden is opening for the season in April.
PHILADELPHIA — Get ready Philly beer lovers, because Parks on Tap, the city's popular outdoor roving beer garden, has an opening date.
The food- and drink-filled mobile beer garden will officially kick off its 2019 run on April 24 at the Azalea Garden behind the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
This year, Parks on Tap is hitting 23 city parks from Wednesday, April 24 through Sunday, Sept. 29.

While the full schedule has yet to be released, officials said new stops for the beer garden include McMichael Park in East Falls, the Discovery Center in East Fairmount Park, and Fisher Park in Olney.
