Police say the man was pronounced dead at the scene, and investigators are working to determine what led to the fatal crash on this busy city roadway.

5. Transformational Gift from Stanley C. Middleman Establishes the Middleman Center and Creates the Middleman Fund at Penn Medicine (upenn.edu) — A major gift from businessman Stanley C.
