Pedestrian Killed After Hit By Vehicle In Philadelphia
A man in his 50s died after being struck by a vehicle as he stood on the corner of Frankford and Allegheny, Philadelphia Police said.
PHILADELPHIA — A man died after being struck by a vehicle early Wednesday evening in Philadelphia, police said.
The deadly incident occurred at about 7:04 p.m. at the corner of Frankford and East Allegheny avenues.
Police said a man in his 50s who has not been identified was standing at the corner when he was struck by a black Toyota vehicle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:15 p.m.
Police said the striking driver stayed at the scene of the crash.

Fox 29 reports the striking driver is a 41-year-old man.
