Person Going Through Trash Shot By Homeowner In Philadelphia
A homeowner reportedly shot a man who was going through trash at about 3 a.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of South 18th Street.
PHILADELPHIA — A man believed to be homeless is recovering after being shot by a homeowner early Wednesday morning.
The shooting occurred at about 3 a.m. on the 1000 block of South 18th Street, according to Philadelphia Police.
Police said a 32-year-old man was shot in the lower back and left leg.

NBC10 reports that man was going through residential trash on the block.
A homeowner on the block, 23 years old, got into an argument with the man, which then turned physical, and ended with four shots being fired by the 23 year old, per Fox 29.

The 32-year-old man was helped at the scene by residents before he was taken to a hospital, where he is in stable condition.
Police did find a weapon was recovered and took the gunman into custody for further questioning.
It's unclear if charges will be filed in connection with this incident.
