Philadelphia Getting More Pothole Repairs Next Week

PennDOT is still working to fix potholes around the Philadelphia region and will continue their efforts next week.

PHILADELPHIA — More pothole repair work is planned in Philadelphia next week, PennDOT said.

More than 55 state highways with repair deteriorated pavement across the Philadelphia region will be addressed next week.

Below are the Philadelphia roads being targeted next week:

  • Interstate 95;
  • Route 73 (Cottman Avenue);
  • Route 532 (Bustleton Avenue/Welsh Road);
  • Broad Street (Route 611);
  • State Road;
  • Princeton Avenue;
  • Torresdale Avenue;
  • Veree Avenue;
  • Rising Sun Avenue;
  • Tacony Street;
  • Adams Avenue;
  • Levick Street;
  • Willits Road;
  • Henry Avenue;
  • Wissahickon Avenue;
  • Benjamin Franklin Parkway;
  • Cobbs Creek Parkway;
  • Kelly Drive;
  • Fountain Green Drive;
  • Marshall Road; and
  • 65th Street.

Crews will restrict travel lanes on these state highways to patch areas of deteriorating pavement.

Motorists are advised to be alert of this moving operation and to expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns when driving near work crews.
