That's a 66.35 percent voter turnout, as the city has 1,129,308 registered voters.
Of the 749,317 votes cast, 373,373 were mail-in ballots and 359,952 ballots were cast at polling places.
So what is the final count in the presidential election?
The city reports Joe Biden received 604,175 votes and President Donald Trump got 132,870. Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen got 4,854 votes and 2,067 votes were cast for write-in candidates.
In total, 743,966 ballots were cast in the presidential election, meaning 5,351 voters in Philadelphia did not choose a presidential candidate.
Deeley, Sabir, and Schmidt thanked elections staffers and voters for their efforts.
The vote count in Philadelphia has been in the national spotlight due to various allegations by Trump campaign and apparent death threats made to the City Commissioners offices.
City Commissioners also faced allegations of deceased Philadelphians casting ballots, including boxing legend Joe Frazier and Will Smith's father. No dead residents voted in 2020, officials said.
