Philly Offices Closed Thursday, Collection Delays Expected

PHILADELPHIA — All City of Philadelphia buildings are closed Thursday due to impacts from Hurricane Ida's remnants.

City employees are urged to work from home to avoid travel.

PennDOT said parts of Kelly Drive, Interstate 76, and Interstate 676 are closed due to flooding.
