PPA Not Enforcing Meter, Kiosk, Residential Parking Limits

The Philadelphia Parking Authority will ticket double-parked vehicles, those in loading zones, and cars blocking entranceways or crosswalks.

According to the PPA, meters, kiosks and residential parking time limits will not be enforced.

However, vehicles that double-park, have loading zone violations, and block entranceways or crosswalks will be ticketed.
