PHILADELPHIA – Anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement protests in Philadelphia are not stopping, as more protesters are calling for the end of the agency in the city Tuesday.
Philly.com's Jeff Gammage reports a "Family Play Date" protest is underway at the Philadelphia ICE office at 8th and Cherry streets.
Protesters range from parents to young children and are calling for the reunification of families that were separated after crossing the border illegally.

The Trump Administration began separating children from their parents after illegal border crossings, but ended the practice shortly after instituting it after backlash from both conservatives and liberals.
However, some families have yet to be reunited and the administration has until July 26 to get them back together.

Tuesday's protest is much different from previous protests at the building. Those resulted in numerous arrests and failure to disperse citations. Much of the anti-ICE protest has been moved to City Hall.
On Monday, Vice President Mike Pence was in Philadelphia touting the administration's tax reform and was met by about 100 women dressed as characters from the dystopian TV series "The Handmaid's Tale," which is about subjugated women in a theocratic future society.
