SEPTA Rolls Out New Contactless Apple Pay Feature

To pay via Apple with the Express Transit payment system, all riders need to do is hold their Apple device near a reader to purchase fares.

PHILADELPHIA — SEPTA has rolled out another, convenient way to pay for fares on buses and metro systems.

Riders can now pay for fares with Apple Pay via iPhones and Apple Watches.
