SEPTA Sexual Assault Suspect Sought
Philadelphia Police said the man seen here is sought in connection with two sexual assaults on SEPTA's Broad Street Line earlier this week.
PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help identifying and finding a man accused of two sexual assaults on SEPTA's Broad Street Line this week.
Police said the assaults occurred at 11:30 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. Monday at 2100 South Broad Street and 1600 South Broad Street on the train.
According to police, the first incident occurred on the platform of the Tasker/Morris Subway Station waiting for the southbound train.

The victim was approached by man who asked her for a kiss and when she refused, he grabbed her and assaulted her.
The man fled the scene when a northbound train entered the station.

Police said the second incident entailed a man following at 22-year-old woman onto the southbound subway train at City Hall.
Once on the train, the man came up to the woman and assaulted her.
The man then pushed the complainant and ran off the train at Broad and Snyder Avenue in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a black or Hispanic male in his early 20s who is about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build and a scruffy beard.
He was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with the band "Queen" on the back, black shorts with the Under Armour symbol on the right thigh and black running sneakers.
