Here are the top stories today in Philadelphia:
- A 22 year-old man was fatally stabbed on Wednesday evening at SEPTA's 8th and Market Station. Police have made no arrests and have no motive as of yet. The man was rushed to the hospital but pronounced dead. (6abc Philadelphia).
- Philadelphia Eagles' offensive lineman Josh Sills has been indicted for one count of rape and one count of kidnapping from a Guernsey County Common Pleas Court grand jury. According to the Ohio Attorney General's Office, Sills engaged in sexual activity that was not consensual and held a victim against her will in December 2019. The NFL said on Wednesday that Sills has been placed on the commissioner's exempt list and is not permitted to participate in practices or games or travel with the Eagles - as they head to Super Bowl XVII. - Carjackers in Philadelphia don't care who you are or where you live, all they want is your car. Former State Representative and City Controller Alan Butkovitz was carjacked by two men with guns outside his Northeast Philadelphia home. He was ordered by the gunman to give up his car keys and lay in the street as they stole his 2012 Ford Fusion. (FOX 29 Philadelphia)
