- A 21-year-old male was shot 11 times and died on the Broad Street Subway.
- The Philadelphia City Commissioners released a list of over 3,000 Philadelphia voters whose mail-in ballots were received with errors.
- Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was awarded the 2022 Liberty Medal.

Here are the top three stories in Philadelphia today:
- A fatal shooting happened on Monday at about 2:40 p.m. near Broad Street and Fairmount Avenue in the city's Francisville section. The incident began as an argument between two men, police said. One of the men pulled out a gun and fired 11 times killing the victim and also striking a 16 year-old in the arm. No arrests have been made. (WPVI-TV)
- Over 3,000 Philadelphia voters casted a mail ballot for today's election with errors that can void their votes. The Philadelphia City Commissioners Office has a live list of names that can be checked on their website and correction needs to be made for your vote to count. Voters on this list can get a replacement ballot and return it by 8 p.m. tonight. (billypenn.com)
- The National Constitution Center in Philadelphia honored Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the 2022 Liberty Medal Monday. Elected Ukraine's president in May 2019, he has received international praise for his leadership and heroics during Russia's invasion. In a prerecorded video message, Zelenskyy said the award "demonstrates how and what Ukrainian people are fighting for."(WHYY)

- Your grocery delivery is going to be late- Police have released surveillance video related to the theft of two dozen catalytic converters in Southwest Philadelphia. Video from the Oct. 9 incident shows several men in two vehicles pulling into the Giant Direct warehouse on the 3500 block of Island Avenue. Police say the catalytic converters were cut from 24 delivery vans parked in the lot and cost over $31,000 in damages. (6abc Philadelphia)
- Do look up and don't miss Tuesday's total lunar eclipse "blood moon." The next one won't be until 2025. The total lunar eclipse will be visible throughout North America in the predawn hours. It looks like a bite is being taken out of the moon. Totality will last nearly 1 1/2 hours as Earth passes directly between the moon and sun. (nbcphiladelphia.com)
