Sex In Public Is Popular Among Philadelphians, Survey Shows

PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia is the City of Brotherly Love. And it's also a city of public love, apparently.

That's according to results of a new study by betting website Lucky.me. The site decided to find out where in the nation people are "getting lucky" in public.

"While some Americans stick to the bedroom, others take to the streets to get it on, with some going into the most public of places to have sex," Alicia Butler for Lucky.me wrote.

To find out where people have public sex the most, the site surveyed Americans in several of the country’s largest cities to learn where people are least shy about expressing themselves romantically.

The team asked a variety of questions, from how many times respondents have had sex in public, in which public places they have got it on, and more.

With those factors in mind, Philadelphia came in at No. 2 for public sex.

The results claim one in two Philadelphia residents say having sex in public is more fun than in private.

Overall, the survey revealed nearly two in five Americans who haven't had sex in public say they would if they knew they wouldn't get caught.

A parked car, a nature trail or wooded area, and a moving car are the most common public places Americans have had sex, according to the survey results.
