PHILADELPHIA — An 18-year-old man is recovering after being shot early Thursday morning at a SEPTA station in Center City.According to Action News, the shooting occurred at about <a href="https://6abc.com/philadelphia-septa-shooting-15th-and-market-street-center-city-philly/12299412/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">3:50 a.m. on the SEPTA platform at 15th and Market streets.</a>The shooting started with <a href="https://www.fox29.com/news/police-18-year-old-shot-twice-at-philadelphia-city-hall-septa-station" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">a fight between the victim and shooter</a>, according to Fox 29.Police told NBC10 the victim was <a href="https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/man-shot-underground-at-center-city-septa-station/3383741/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">shot in the leg and foot</a> and was taken to a hospital where he is in stable condition.
