Stabbing Leaves Man Critical: Philadelphia Police

A man in his 50s is in critical condition after he was stabbed multiple times Monday night in the lobby of an apartment building.

PHILADELPHIA — A Monday night stabbing left a 54-year-old man in critical condition, according to Philadelphia Police.

The stabbing took place at about 6:57p.m. in the front lobby of an apartment building on the 4600 block of Leiper Street.

Police said the man was stabbed numerous times throughout his body.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was placed in critical condition, police said.

No one was taken into custody and no weapons were found.
