Where officers found Wyatt, they also found more than 50 spent shell casings from at least one weapon, with some just inches from Wyatt.
Nearby cameras showed three people chasing Wyatt through a driveway on that block.
The footage apparently showed all three shooting at Wyatt.
After Wyatt fell, two of the suspects stood over him and fired more shots at him from point black range.
Police have not determined a motive, but did say Wyatt was temporarily living on that block.
The gunmen were last seen in a white Nissan Sentra with light tinted windows, and the vehicle was least seen leaving from the back driveway of a property on the 1200 block of Van Kirk Street.
Police described the suspects as three black or Hispanic men who were wearing all-black clothing and ski masks.
