A 15-year-old boy is in critical condition after being shot in the hip Monday afternoon in North Philadelphia, according to police.

PHILADELPHIA — A teenage boy is in critical condition after being shot Monday in Philadelphia, police said.

The boy was shot at about 3:53 p.m. near 1400 Cecil B. Moore Ave.

According to police, the boy was shot once in the right hip.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he is in critical condition.

Police have not made any arrests or found any weapons in connection with the shooting.
