Teen Shot SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line Train Sunday: Authorities
A 14-year-old boy is accused of shooting at the Market-Frankford Line train in Philadelphia's Tioga section Sunday night. No one was hurt.

PHILADELPHIA — A teenage boy is charged win connection with the shooting of a SEPTA Market-Frankford Line train over the weekend.
SEPTA Transit Police arrested a 14-year-old male on aggravated assault and related charges Thursday.
The shooting occurred at 10:35 p.m. Sunday at the Tioga Station.

According to SEPTA, the teen got out of the train after a brief altercation on the train, pulled a gun out of his bag, and fired two rounds at the train as it was leaving the station.
One round penetrated a train window and was recovered in the train, SEPTA said.

Several passengers were on the train, but no one was struck by gunfire or otherwise injured, according to SEPTA.
Through video, SEPTA Police were able to identify the suspect, who was taken into custody shortly after a warrant was approved Thursday morning.
