Four people, ages 14, 15, 33, and 38, were shot Monday night in Philadelphia, according to reports.
PHILADELPHIA — Two teenagers and two adults were hurt when moped-riding gunmen opened fire on them Monday night in Philadelphia, according to reports.
The shooting occurred at about 10:40 p.m at 2nd and Westmoreland streets, according to NBC10.
Shot were four males, ages 14, 15, 33, and 38, Fox 29 reports.
