Woman Charged In Shooting After Trash Dispute: Philadelphia Police
A man was shot after an argument over trash on the 2900 block of Hicks Street, according to Philadelphia Police.
PHILADELPHIA — A man was shot following a dispute over trash in Philadelphia Tuesday night, according to reports.
The shooting happened at just before 10 p.m. on the 29000 block of Hicks Street
Police were called to the area for a report of a person shot and found a 30-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest and left leg.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he is in critical but stable condition.
Authorities said the shooting stemmed from a dispute over where trash was set out on the curb on that block.

Two people were taken into custody and two guns were recovered.
Philadelphia Police said Tanisha Holloway, 37, has been charged with aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, and related crimes in connection with the shooting.
The victim, police said, may have been threatening the two with a screwdriver before the shooting.
Police were called to that same block for a dispute between the two parties earlier Tuesday.
But the dispute continued into the night, first with words, then what police called "threatening actions," and ultimately the shooting.
