Truck Crash On I-76 East In South Philly Slows Traffic
PennDOT said the crash occurred on the Passyunk Avenue exit ramp of Interstate 76 east Tuesday afternoon, closing the exit's lanes.

PHILADELPHIA – A dump truck overturned on an eastbound Interstate 76 exit ramp in South Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon and forced the ramp to close, according to PennDOT.
PennDOT said the crash occurred on the between 347A-347B exits and Oregon Avenue at about 1:07 p.m. Tuesday, May 29.
The entire exit ramp is closed as crews clean up the crash, PennDOT said.

PennDOT traffic cameras show significant traffic back up on 76 leading up to the exit ramp.
It's not clear yet what caused the accident, if anyone was injured, or what the truck was hauling.
