Uber Eats Driver Shot At Philadelphia Pizza Hut: Reports

The delivery driver is in stable condition after reportedly being shot while picking up a food order at a Pizza Hut in Tioga Nicetown.

PHILADELPHIA — An Uber Eats driver is recovering after being shot inside a Philadelphia Pizza Hut Thursday night.

According to NBC10, the shooting occurred at about 11 p.m. in a Pizza Hut on the 3200 block of North Broad Street.

The driver was picking up an order when he and a customer got into an argument, then a fight that led to the customer shooting the driver in the legs, Action News reports.

Authorities said the shooter was described as a man standing 5 feet 4 inches tall who was wearing a coat.
