PHILADELPHIA — Philly, like any major city, is home to some real characters that can lead to hilarious situations.

And a Temple student caught one of those moments recently and shared it online (obviously).

Corbin Weaver, Temple University class of 2022, posted a video of a grown man driving a child's electric car down a Philadelphia street online.

The video was reshared by the popular sports blog Barstool Sports on Twitter. It now has more than 105,000 views.
