PHILADELPHIA — A woman died after being struck by a tractor trailer in Philadelphia early Monday morning.
According to Fox 29, the woman stumbled into the road atFrankford Avenue and Marple Street at about 1 a.m. Monday.
Action News reports the tractor trailer was turning onto Frankford when it struck the woman.

The woman became trapped under the truck and was pronounced dead at about 1:24 a.m., while the driver of the truck remained at the scene to cooperate with authorities, NBC10 reports.
It's unclear if the driver will face charges.
