Woman Pulls Gun At Rita's Water Ice In Philadelphia: Police

Philadelphia Police said the incident occurred July 21 at the Rita's Water Ice location at 6901 Stenton Ave.

PHILADELPHIA — The search for a woman is on after Philadelphia Police said she pulled a gun on another woman while in line at a Rita's Water Ice location.

According to police, the incident occurred at about 6 p.m. July 21 at Rita's, 6901 Stenton Ave.

The victim said she was waiting in line at the Rita's when the suspect started arguing with her, police said.

At one point, the suspect pulled out a black handgun and threatened the victim with it, police said.

The suspect drove off in a royal blue Mitsubishi compact SUV on Stanton Avenue, police said.

Police described the suspect as a heavy-set black women who was wearing an orange shirt and blue shorts.
