Yards Brews One Of America's Best Beers, Mental Floss Says
Two other Pennsylvania beers made the list of America's 50 best brews.

PHILADELPHIA – Yards Brewing Company is a Philadelphia staple. Since 1994, it's been brewing up ales, stouts, porters, saisons, and more, wetting Philadelphian – and Pennsylvanian – whistles with unique flavors.
One of its flagship brews, the Philadelphia Pale Ale, was recently featured among America's 50 best beers in a list from Mental Floss.

Looking for an introduction into the world of pale ales? Look no further. This classic Philadelphia brew is hoppy without being overly bitter, making it the perfect approachable choice. It’s undeniably a pale ale, but instead of sharp hops, each sip rewards you with a pleasant grapefruit aroma and flavor with a crisp finish.
With a low bitterness factor and a relatively low alcohol content, the ale is a favorite among beer drinkers in the Philly area.
The ale, introduced in 2000, has garnered some nice recognition aside from the new Mental Floss list:

Two other Pennsylvania brewers made the list, and one is pretty close to Yards. Well, relatively close.
Prima Pils from Downingtown's Victory Brewing Company landed on the list, and Troegs Independent Brewing in Hershey had its Troegenator brew featured, too
