WEST CHESTER, PA — A massive $4.8 million winning jackpot ticket has been sold in Chester County, Pennsylvania Lottery officials announced on Friday.
The winner is the fifth-largest Pennsylvania Lottery Match 6 jackpot on record.
The ticket was sold on Thursday in the ShopRite located on 1115 West Chester Pike in West Chester.

ShopRite will earn a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
The winning ticket correctly matched all six winning numbers: 05-21-25-26-39-40.

The $4.8 million jackpot is among the largest ever given out in Pennsylvania history. The largest Match 6 jackpot was a $7.3 million prize that was won in Cambria County in October of 2013, according to the lottery.
If you have a winning ticket, you should sign the back, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146, and file a claim at the nearest Lottery office.
Roughly $58.4 million in prizes was disbursed by the Pennsylvania Lottery to Chester County residents in the 2015-16 fiscal year.
