Solace Counseling offers compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s challenges. I am a licensed clinician and EMDR-certified therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, providing both in-person and virtual sessions to clients across Pennsylvania. My office is located in Paoli, PA. My work is grounded in whole-body, trauma-informed care that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change—not just symptom relief. Emotional safety, support, and non-judgment are central to my practice, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and at ease. I view therapy as a collaborative process. While I bring clinical training and structure, I believe clients hold deep insight into what they need and value. Together, we work to explore patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and growth—always at a pace that feels safe and manageable. PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A lane on U.S. 422 will be shut down on Tuesday near Phoenixville, leading to additional traffic in the area, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced. The closure will be in place in an eastbound lane from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guide rail repair between the Phoenixville/Collegeville and Royersford/Trappe interchanges, according to officials.
