  • Follow clues like a detective?

  • Uncover hidden stories?

If you do, you have traits natural to an archeologist. Take the next step and join us in an actual archeology dig at Historic Yellow Springs!

Art & Archaeology Bootcamp is a hands-on two-week art program and archaeology dig for 8 to 14 year olds. Be ready to get dirty as you learn to survey the site, excavate and sift soil to uncover artifacts, track daily progress, map and record findings. Continue your research and explore local history as you create models and projects that illustrate your findings. Follow clues left by the artifacts to identify the found objects, how the object was used and by whom.
