I could really use some help with this situation. Recently had some unexpected critters living with me. I need to learn about the laws in PA about what a landlord is responsible for when it comes to getting rid of the critters and being reimbursed for any cost. Do I have any rights to get back what I have spent out of pocket for a problem I did not cause. I have lived here for 7 months and this all started 2 months ago, but did not realize what the problem was in the beginning. Can anyone out there please give me some advice? I have already contacted a lawyer, waiting for his call back.
