The night begins with a guided tasting of premium Italian wines presented by John vestri, owner of Vino d’Italia Importers, where guests will explore a curated lineup highlighting the fresh, vibrant styles perfect for the season.
Following the wine tasting, the experience continues with a hands-on cocktail session led by Vic Evangelist of In Time For Cocktails. Vic will guide guests through crafting seasonal cocktails inspired by the same bright flavors found in spring and summer drinks, while sharing approachable techniques and tips you can recreate at home.This two-part experience is perfect for anyone who loves discovering new wines, learning cocktail skills, and enjoying a lively evening celebrating the flavors of the season.
