Salt Barometric Pressure Pain

Quick barometric pressure changes can cause pain which may be helped with a little kitchen staple.

It is well known that quick barometric pressure differentials cause pain.  The weather channel even has an aches and pains section.   If you are one of the people who experiences headaches or other pain during severe weather change Sandy isn't too friendly just about now.   You can use one of the tricks I've learned.  Using salt can help.

Using a salt bath is one of the most relaxing ways to help the body adjust in this stormy condition Sandy has brought.   If you don't like baths you can use salt scrub in the shower.   And if you don't have time for the shower, pour a little salt into your hand, wet your fingertip and then roll into the salt to pick up some.  Then place that in your place of pain rubbing lightly clockwise.  What you are doing is changing the electro tension on the skin and hopefully providing path to equalize the pressures.

Good luck in holding out on the storm!  Hope you don't feel under the weather for long.
