Chester County Boy Dies On Farm: Report
It is not known precisely what caused the boy's death.
A 6-year-old boy died in an accident on a Chester County farm on Wednesday, according to a Philly.com report.
He was injured in Honey Brook and taken to Paoli Hospital just before 1 p.m., when he was pronounced dead from multiple traumatic injuries, the report states.
His death has officially been ruled an accident by the coroner, according to the report.
