Chester County to Swear In Two New ADAs

"Emily and Michelle are great additions to the District Attorney's Office," Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said.

Two new assistant district attorneys will be sworn in in Chester County Friday afternoon.

Emily Provencher and Michelle Barone will be sworn in before the Honorable John L. Hall at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said.

Provencher graduated from Eastern University and Widener University School of Law (Harrisburg), and previously was an assistant district attorney in Cumberland County.

Barone graduated from Temple University and Widener University School of Law (Delaware), and is a former intern in the Chester County District Attorney's Office.

“Emily and Michelle are great additions to the District Attorney’s Office," Hogan said. "Emily is an experienced prosecutor who jumped at the chance to return to the area where she grew up. Michelle has been with us as an intern and already is respected by law enforcement throughout Chester County.”
