Area guitarist and competition laureate Zachary Grim presents a program of solo works by Bach, Weiss, Brouwer, Frescobaldi, Rodrigo and others from his debut album, Through the Soundhole.

A guitarist and lutenist, Zachary Grim has performed actively throughout the Atlantic region. Zachary is part of the new generation of up-and-coming artists and prides himself in introducing new repertoire as well as continuing traditional repertoire. Zachary was a semi-finalist in the 2012, 2014, and 2015 Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society’s competitions, and was a top performer in West Chester University’s Sophomore Scholarship Competition. Currently, Zachary studies under Glenn Lyons and Mark Rimple of West Chester University as well as Grammy-winning artist Jason Vieaux of the Curtis Institute. He has been a featured soloist with the Pennsylvania Sinfonia Orchestra. Zachary released his debut album, ‘Through The Soundhole’, in June 2015, which features classics of the guitar repertoire as well as works commissioned for him.
