About Ann's Heart
Ann's Heart is a public 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization based in Phoenixville, PA. Our mission is to provide a place of welcome and human services to all Phoenixville area people.
Our vision is to utilize existing space in downtown Phoenixville and create welcome places for the community to grown and build. Our current programs include the Code Blue Overnight Emergency Warming Center & the Home of Education, Arts, Resources, and Technology - HEART.
