Disorderly Conduct and Marijuana Arrests Over Weekend

East Pikeland Township Police reported two arrests from over the weekend.
On Saturday, April 26, around 6:20 a.m., East Pikeland Police arrested Jamal Bailey, 37, of the 500 block of Schuykill Road, on charges of disorderly conduct. Police said they received a call of a man banging on doors and making noise in the hallway of the apartment building. Police arrived and found Bailey intoxicated and banging on neighbors doors. He was arrested and lodged in Pottstown jail until he could be released.
On Monday, April 28, around 1:45 a.m., East Pikeland Police charged David Lukens, 22, of the 100 block of West Linfield Road in Royersford, with possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police were on routine patrol when they observed a vehicle parked to the rear of the 200 block of Schuylkill Road. When police investigated they discovered the vehicle had marijuana inside. Lukens was processed and released pending a hearing at a later date and time.
