PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- A dog named Polly is lost and could have made her way to Phoenixville, according to her family.
Polly, a four-year-old mix, was last seen on Pine Drive in Chester Springs last week, near the Horseshoe Trail.
She is microchipped, has a collar with tags, and is attached to a leash.
