DUI, Marijuana Possession, Assault: June's Phoenixville Police Log

Drunk driving, crime on the Schuylkill River Trail, and marijuana possession were just a few of the crimes committed in Phoenixville over the past month that have become mainstays on the police log.

The following is a list of Phoenixville Police Department activity from June 11 through July 2.

On 06/13/15 at 1:00am, a 23 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for DUI in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

On 06/14/15 at 1:45am, a 26 year old male from Royersford was arrested for DUI in the 900 block of Black Rock Road.

On 06/14/15 at 2:37am, a 26 year old male from Upper Providence was arrested for public drunkenness in the 300 block of Bridge Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 06/14/15 at 11:12am, a 30 year old male from Exton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Phoenixville Hospital located at 140 Nutt Road.

On 06/16/15 at 1:05am, a 34 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for trespassing at the MainStay Hotel located at 184 Bridge Street.

On 06/17/15 at 1:31pm, a 63 year old female from Phoenixville was cited for harassment, after a disturbance in the 1000 block of Paradise Street.

On 06/17/15 at 4:25pm, a 19 year old male from Philadelphia was cited for harassment at the Children’s Plaza located at Bridge Street and Bank Street.

On 06/17/15 at 6:22pm, a 19 year old male from Philadelphia was arrested for simple assault and stalking his ex-girlfriend along the Schuylkill River Trail. The male was released on bail.

On 06/18/15 at 2:09pm, a 56 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance in the 100 block of Penn Street. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 06/18/15 at 11:53pm, a 27 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for disorderly conduct, after a disturbance in the unit block of Railroad Street.

On 06/21/15 at 3:22am, a 30 year old male from Eagleville was arrested for public drunkenness in the 100 block of Main Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 06/21/15 at 8:05pm, a 23 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness at the Acme Market located at 785 Starr Street.

On 06/22/15 at 11:57pm, a 22 year old female from Chester Springs was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a 26 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested on an active Chester County bench warrant and possession of a controlled substance, and a 21 year old male from Phoenixville was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 200 block of Marshall Street. The 26 year old male and 21 year old male were both sent to Chester County Prison.

On 06/27/15 at 12:58am, a 24 year old male from King of Prussia was cited for disorderly conduct, after he was observed walking down the sidewalk with a Guinness umbrella from Molly Maguires Pub located at 197 Bridge Street.

On 06/27/15 at 4:59am, a 21 year old female from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the unit block of South Main Street. The female was placed in a holding cell.

On 06/27/15 at 8:50pm, a 39 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for terroristic threats in the 200 block of Washington Avenue. The male was released on bail.

On 06/28/15 at 12:23am, a 25 year old male from Douglassville was arrested for public drunkenness at Main Street and Bridge Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 06/28/15 at 5:23am, a 19 year old male from Telford and a 20 year old male from Elverson were both cited for underage drinking at the A-Plus located at 88 Nutt Road. On 06/28/15 at 8:30pm, a 26 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness at the Great American Pub located at 148 Bridge Street.

On 07/02/15 at 7:51pm, an 18 year old male from Penndel was arrested for public drunkenness and underage drinking on the Gay Street (Veteran’s Memorial) bridge. The male was placed in a holding cell. Also at the same location, another 18 year old male from Penndel was cited for underage drinking
