
A Holistic Release of Fear, Anxiety, Trauma, and Stored Emotions
The psoas is a deep, core muscle that is critical to posture, balance, digestion, and overall health. Even minor stressors cause the psoas to become rigid, compromising the body, mind, and spirit’s well-being. This workshop is a holistic journey of fear-release. Through restorative body-work, intuitive painting, free-writing, and a letting-go ceremony, participants will reach a deeper state of personal liberation by removing physical and emotional blockages to freedom.

Led by Josette Cicacci, BS, and Danielle Dulsky, ERYT500. Josette is a practicing physical therapist holding in-depth knowledge of the body’s holistic reactions to mental and physical stress. Danielle has a BA in painting and is an experienced yoga teacher, energy worker, and intuitive artist.
