This seminar is designed to familiarize entrepreneurs with the concepts and terminology needed for the start-up and daily operation of a small business.  Topics will include:  selecting a business structure, fictitious name registration, the use of a business plan, liability insurance, how to obtain financing, accounting systems, tax liability, and IRS rules and penalties.
