The American Cancer Society is marking the 36th Great American Smoke-Out on November 17 by encouraging smokers to use the date to make a plan to quit, or to at least try to stop smoking for the day. Helene will discuss and demonstrate the benefits of Reiki, qigong, breathing and meditation in helping smokers to quit.  The life skills presented in the program can be used to promote general good health.
