Tuskegee Airmen at the Historical Society Banquet

The Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area annual banquet will feature members from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen, who were the first African American military aviators in the United States armed forces.  Nearly 1,000 pilots were trained in Tuskegee from 1941 to 1946, with approximately 445 deployed overseas. To hear their story told by one of the original Airmen, call the Historical Society for an invitation. Ticket price includes dinner.
