Authorities say that the thefts occurred between 2011 and 2014, and West Chester University officials terminated his employment in December when they discovered the alleged charges. The case was then referred to the Office of Attorney General, which conducted an investigation into Miller.
Miller has been remanded to Chester County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $250,000 bail. The Attorney General’s Office credited university officials for their assistance in the investigation.
