Fundraiser Set For Phoenixville Mother, 31, Diagnosed With Stage 4 Cancer

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- A fundraiser dinner will be held for a Phoenxville mother of two and step-mother of two more at Sly Fox Brewery on Monday, November 7.
Laurel Brill, 31, was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 renal cell carcinoma. The disease has spread around her body, according to family and friends, and she is no longer healthy enough to work.
She had recently completed college and had just begun working in healthcare when she received her diagnosis.

Friends have launched a GoFundMe page in her honor in addition to hosting the event at Sly Fox.
"Laurel's girls are her world. Her main concern at this time is to make sure her children are taken care of," writes her friend Katelyn Fogerty. "With holidays around the corner, we would love to raise as much money as possible so Laurel does not have to worry about bills, let alone the upcoming holiday costs."
