Harassment, Drunks, Stolen Cars: Phoenixville Police Department Activity

DUI’s, public drunkenness, thefts, and stolen vehicles all occurred over the past week and a half in Phoenixville.

The following is a list of Phoenixville Police Department activity from July 31 through August 9:

On 07/31/15 at 11:35am, a 32 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested on an active Montgomery County bench warrant at the Pickering Run Apartments located at 800 Kimberton Road. The male was turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and sent to Montgomery County Prison.

On 07/31/15 at 7:13pm, a 57 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for harassment, after a disturbance in the 200 block of West High Street.

On 07/31/15 at 7:39pm, a 62 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness and open container at Bridge Street and Bank Street. The male was placed in a holding cell at the police station.

On 08/01/15 at 2:38am, a 56 year old male from West Chester was cited for harassment, after a disturbance at the Prima Lounge located at 502 Ringold Street.

On 08/01/15 at 9:50pm, a 43 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness and open container at the Foundry Building located at 2 North Main Street.

On 08/02/15 at 3:14am, a 19 year old male from Reading and an 18 year old female from Schuylkill Township were arrested in a stolen vehicle on Persimmon Lane. The male was sent to Chester County Prison and the female was released on bail.

On 08/02/15 at 11:54pm, a 17 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for curfew and an 18 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for underage drinking in the 200 block of Emmett Street.

On 08/03/15 at 4:42pm, a 36 year old male from Mont Clare was arrested on an active Montgomery County bench warrant in the 300 block of Bridge Street. The male was turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and sent to Montgomery County Prison.

On 08/03/15 at 5:05pm, a 47 year old male from Collegeville was found highly intoxicated and sleeping on the steps of the Foundry Building located at 2 North Main Street. The male was placed in a holding cell at the police station.

On 08/05/15 at 12:28am, a 32 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness at Brower Street and B Street.

On 08/06/15 at 12:37am, a 31 year old male from Mont Clare was arrested for simple assault and harassment in the unit block of South Main Street. The male was released on bail.

On 08/07/15 at 4:38pm, a 50 year old female from Pottstown was arrested for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at the Kmart located at 1000 Nutt Road. The female was released on bail.

On 08/07/15 at 8:20pm, a 56 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, after he was found unresponsive in the abandoned pump house building adjacent to the Schuylkill River Trail. The male was huffing spray paint and was transported to Phoenixville Hospital for treatment.

On 08/08/15 at 2:34am, a 31 year old female from Pottstown was arrested for DUI at Gay Street and Bridge Street.

On 08/08/15 at 3:11am, a 33 year old male from Royersford was arrested for DUI at Bridge Street and Ashland Street.

On 08/08/15 at 12:37am, a 55 year old female from Phoenixville was arrested for retail theft at the Giant Supermarket located at 700 Nutt Road.

On 08/09/15 at 12:34am, a 36 year old female from Norristown was arrested for disorderly conduct, after a disturbance in front of the Philly Softy Pretzel Factory located at 238 Bridge Street.
